It seems to me that this case will be dismissed on appeal for leaving out critical evidence that the driver of the car that rear ended the semi was intoxicated.

Hell man you seem like you’re doing just fine…especially in today’s bipolar financial Quasimodo clusterfuck. You have decent equipment and seems like you’ve got a good handle on the pulse of your particular endeavors so to hell with the morons….hundred bucks says most of them are just a wee bit envious. I as a spanking new driver can’t complain as even though my company doesn’t pay the most I always have a load scheduled.

I like your videos, but there is no way in hell I'd drive for Prime. The company wants too much control over their owner operators (inward cameras, not able to conceal carry,etc). Prime doesn't give a crap about their drivers. And the lease program right now is basically a scam just like Swift

It may be great for you. I am not for micro managing that PRIME does. I am in my mid-50s when I did PSD, TNT, and 9-month 19:05 obligation. Then Adiós to the micro management and moved to an awesome company by luck that treats you like a real human being and not a number. You can have your big mega fleet BS. I rather be treated with respect and be recognized for doing an excellent job.

I can tell you, there are no customers coming back to prime begging them to take loads, that’s something they like to say, but they won’t name any names, because it’s bs lol.

I left prime about a month ago after almost nine years with them. I got my million miles and then some, did the Christmas party and all that, but I will say that although it was a bit nerve wracking wondering if I made the right decision, I’m very happy that I made the move. Especially now with all the new ways prime is micromanaging, it’s not like that everywhere else. I took a job as a company driver, pulling specialized freight. We rarely run general freight and I’m paid a base salary plus extras whether I’m driving or not, plus all the company driver benefits. These jobs are out there and it’s great! I feel your loyalty, I was the same way. Prime was a great company and it’s really sad the way it’s become.

Even though I'm not working as a trucker, I like your videos very much. As a middle age person, I can feel your passion. Your story really moves me.

Prime has lost contracts, because they refuse to take the cheapest freight. They have literally gambled on these companies coming back to prime

14 years and 2 million, in October… I get it… There’s always going to be something you don’t like about the company you work for, but I feel like they at least make an effort… That said, once a company reaches a certain size, you’ll become a number, regardless of how hard they try to resist.

I left a A-fleet company with prime back in 2022 after letting the internet convince me the grass is greener on the other side. Two companies later and I’m back driving for prime directly. Just picked up a 2025 freightliner lease truck and I’m about to hit the ground running

I am a current lease operator with Prime. In my experience, I find it prime to have a great program but horrible program management. Prime used to be a family business, but now it is a self-serving corporation that eats its own. This is a direct result of leadership failure. In my experience, prime is void of empathy, lack of respect towards drivers, management against drivers mentality, admin staff at this point is not earning their pay just doing the bare minimum to get a check! I am not sure how long will I be with Prime!

You do work for Prime. No matter what they tell you. Its their name, not yours. They want you to be a contractor so you can pay for the truck and all the other expenses, and they dont need to give you a w2. Why do you think they are switching to only lease ops? 🤔 😅

Prime is a good company. Was there for 3 years but had to leave because of family situations. But I still send people that way.

This makes no sense to me either. This also sounds like a political decision. My question is, Who is up for re-election? The prosecutor or the judge? Because a BAC over and above the standard legal limit is admittedly relevant to the case. The best advise that I can give the trailer company is to appeal it. Up to and including the national supreme court if needs be.

Agenda driven judges and courts. The fact that legitimate info wasn't allowed, that clearly would have landed in no fault to Wabash. It should be pushed to the Supreme Court, or any business can be targeted the same way.....

Wabash should go after the D.O.T. they inspect trucks and trailers, I had enough done to know, so if the trailer did not meet spec and D.O.T did not pull it out of service, wouldn't that make them liable?

This is yet another reason I'm happy that the Fed's pulled my CDL back in June 2024 for medical reasons (I agree with). I drove OTR for 33 years; last 20 of it as an O/O with 3 trucks running. When I lost my CDL it was set up so my drivers purchased the trucks and kept the routes they have proven themselves on over the years. It sucks out there for all the drivers; times have changed big time. This old cracker (FL Cowboy) is back home on the ranch where I'm going to stay; good luck out there, keep the rubber side down and rolling.

Company driver that died.. didn't do it by the book . For steps.... 100% no reason to go into tanker period . Especially after .haz Mat load was in there before tanker wash out. .

Put more cameras on the truck and trailer so we drivers have more prove when it comes to this 4 wheelers BS or else they will keep blaming us its so saaad
