From the 7 meters you can basically just fall forward. Thats what I do for my lazy backflips from 7 and 10. But Ive never done a frontflip because backflips feel more safe and less OUCH sensitive.

The first somersault I ever did from a 10-meter board was a backflip. I always preferred to start with them as I could see the water for more of the dive.

Hey watermagic, you did a lot of challenges with pool toys right? Could you do another challenge with them but maybe in a different way like, see who can deflate a floatie the fastest only using your hands? Would be a lot of fun to wacht I think. And if the video is to short you could do multiple rounds with different floaties. Or you could make it a short.
