Can you please cover a proper spiking sequence, mainly the part after the apporach. Too many different videos each saying different things.
this is to beginner we need more advanced shi
love this. i started playing recreationally 4 years ago, but have been joining some more competitive leagues. ive gotten into a bad habit of trying to hit the ball as hard as i can because it seems more impressive and feels good. but ive realized that just makes me a one trick pony and susceptible to blocks. me and my setter already plan on practicing different sets and hitting angles. so excited.
u made volleyball a simple thing
This is great, there's a lot of videos on the literal movements of playing positions, but not many resources on _what_ a position's role is (beyond the obvious)
No skyball serve? No hook either?
Thank u i really needed this
Thank you!!
What if my team not pass good enough though?
this was so much help, ive been trying to set for ages, i can pass and serve perfectly but setting was my weakness!! ive watched countless videos on how to properly set and none has helped me as much as this video did. the first tip was a tip i’ve never heard before and immediately improved my setting. thank you so much!❤
Thank you
So a side spin serve with backhand? That's nothing new tbh. To make the ball go one way and then swerve the other, you do the side spin heading to the oposite direction you're spinning the ball.
Aunthie🌟😂
this is so good! so many other people use hard to understand terms, and this is way easier to understand, and a LOT more fun!
Not me using at round stuffed animal as a ball
Great video, just started with volleyball and even though im a good jumper and trained a lot for my approach and armswing, i could never really connect due to my bad timing and now i have something to work with. I have one more question, how do i communicate with my setter on which tempo he plays? Because with your 4 step approach guide, i would need to know beforehand what tempo my setter is planing to do.
Bestest explanation available must watch 😃
Thank you now I can set
i am 175 cm or 5'9 and whenever i played volleyball at school i was always decent partly cuz of being a sprinter and being athletic with a good jump, i was better than most simply cuz of that. But now i am gaining in interest in switching sports to volleyball i am almost 19, am i too late or not tall enough cuz according to google the avg height for volleyball pro is 6'8.
I'm 29 years old and just had a baby, Is it too late for me to start playing?
I really like it but I think even with more practice I can't be good at it enough:)
Just something to be careful with the back set. I feel like doing the 'backstroke' movement is an easy way of getting into the back set as a beginner but a dangerous habit to maintain overtime. I've been taught that staying neutral is key. Either way good video!
thanks
For a long time I struggled with volleyball. Then I got old and now I really struggle!

i don't know how to get better at my serves bc I wanna join the volleyball team next year and it's jv but i'm a beginner and i'm really bad at everything in volleyball even though i try
With the first tip my set Immediately become better with just burger hands my set dont spin that much anymore thank you this video is on so easy to learn
Chicken wing!!!!!!
I love the way you teach us coach and I really like to be a volleyball player
Is there a channel like this for basketball?
question: how do I know which height the setter will throw the ball beforehand, so I can adjust my stepping speed?
0 degrees. You said it at the start of the riddle lol
your so funny🤣🤣
Hey, I look like that! 😢
♥
If ur an beginner u have to watch this!+!
Hey coach do you recommend any Nets for a court in my backyard? Net only, no poles or anything. I don’t know what to trust or what’s good and so that’s why I’m asking. Edit: Affordable Net, outdoor
How do you get your passes higher so your setter has all 3 options for all 3 hitters?
Most underrated CZcamsr right here
the intro to the video made me subscribe and like
You should make a video on how to tool a block or something to do with blocking positioning
Choo choo! Thank you... tomorrow will be the next training session. I will: hop onto the train like a spring and eat my burger there while targeting the ball 😊
Art of coaching volleyball did a more technical breakdown of this. Serves from pos 1 to pos 5 (down the right hand line) were most effective in limiting opponent in system.
Wow, thanks. Serving is the only thing I can't manage to do yet, and this will help maybe!
❤
Hey Coach! I've got a question that might be a bit difficult. I live in Michigan where men's volleyball is on a huge upwards trend and finally got to play for a team starting last year (My sophomore year). I play middle (hence why I clicked on this video) and I've been real upset recently with the lack of good passes. Just like anyone else I love to hit, but as a middle I really need that pass to get a good 1 set or c quick going. I recently got promoted to captain and I wish to talk to my backrow about this, but I just don't know what to say, most of my team is unmotivated. It's gotten to the point where I have overtaken the libero for taking backrow because he can't even get a good pass on free balls. I don't wanna be rude to my teammates, but as captain it's my responsibility to inspire and motivate my teammates to get better at these things, I think my frustration is also clouding my judgement a bit. Do you know what i should do?
After watching these videos I’m basically coach at this point 😭
Good tips 100% will work
This is the most helpful video Ive seen for spiking. My legs are still sore from jumping and I thought I couldn't train. I could practice the 4 step approach without even jumping, so I can train on rest days
Such great feedback. I recently started training with a new coach and I resonate with some of these points as well! Awesome video
