A nice product indeed. CZcams is full of these builds by now, and some are pretty poorly constructed, some have poor designs and some require poles. This is an excellent design. Question, where does the rain go? Does it run into the camper shell hatch opening? Yeah, I know.... sunny California, but some of us use our vehicles where it rains and snows. I would suggest to you that you focus a bit more on precision in your fabrication. And your future body will thank you if you get some saw horses or something to allow fabrication while standing. I'm old now and I wish I had worn knee pads and did way less work on the ground.

I tried to stick weld off the c1000 it wouldn’t do it. Kept shutting off the outlets. My welder is dual voltage I was running the 120v setting.

Good job on the fabrication. Those are not 3/4" bolts you showed to mount with. Bolts are specified by the thread diameter, not the size wrench they take. They look like 1/2" bolts.

Stay out of areas where it is 80 degrees or above, even at night. Fans work great until it gets too hot. Then you're just moving hot air.

As much as I appreciate all the work put into this camper, I could never sleep with the bugs. Needs screens.
