Great recipe, thanks for sharing. As per what I could understand 2 large/ 3 small capcicum ¼ cup water (to soften the capcicum) 2 tomatoes 2 large/ 3 med boiled potatoes ¼ cup green peas 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp turmeric powder ½ cup water 1 tbsp butter (mix and mash) ½ cup water- let it boil a little 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala Salt 2tbsp coriander (Mash and stir till oil separates) 1 tbsp butter 1 small onion ¼ tsp ginger garlic Pinch of red chilli powder ½ tsp pav bhaji masala 1 tsp kasuri methi ¼ tsp hing 1 tbsp chopped coriander ½ lemon slice juice (Mix both mixtures. Mash and mix) For pav- 1tbsp butter A pinch of red chilli A pinch of pav bhaji masala Some finely chopped coriander Mix and roast the pav
