All I can think is maybe increasing your memory allocation through your mod launcher because minecrafts built in limit is really low or trying an older version of the mod to see if that causes the same issue.
This is what the mod developers have put on their patreon page, "Obtain enriched Iron Bamboo (there's a 20% chance every time a block of iron bamboo grows that its enriched). You can trade this enriched iron bamboo for the secret ingredient with certain villagers (armourer, weapon smith and blacksmith). By levelling that villager up you can increase the amount of secret ingredient you gain from one enriched iron bamboo."
Hey, awesome video! I tried this mod but when i shoot the hook it instantly dissapears, it appears for a split second and then dissapears.Any idea how i can fix this?
Thanks! Are you holding the hook button or just pressing it? Off the top of my head all I can think of is maybe your settings have the hooks set to only stay out while your holding button the other option is just download a different update of the mod quickly and see if you have the same problem if so its probably a setting or mod confliction
i know how to fix this as i had the same problem. its because there are no stats on the gear. meaning you need to make it on survival. if your on a server im not too sure how to fix this as the sever wipes this data i think. hope your problem was solved.
make the stuff in the workbench and itll be fine (if you cant build in the workbench crouch with an empty hand and left click, put crafting materials in there and it'll work fine :) )

Thanks that means alot. I was always a fan of the 1.12.2 version so felt the same but the newer version is definetly worth it

Have you tried Shift + R currently that works for me as long as the thunderspears are equipped to the right of the handles in the menu

Whenever I try and shoot the cable, it immediately retracts so0 I cant cling onto anything, does anyone know how to fix? cheers
Have a look in your settings, could be your setting's make it so you need to hold the cable button down, you can change it to a toggle

it is the glitch that happens when you take gear from the creative menu. Try crafting at the workbench and everything should be fine
