Yay, I learned what a Brassica is today!
Why do I LOVE to eat broccoli & will NOT eat kale?

Living in the dangerzone with tiny brussels on the mandolin there, since fingers are for burning not slicing. Lokked like a good salad even if i liked some of your other dishes more in this series.

I know! I don’t have the greatest knife skills either though so either way I’m in the danger zone 😅. It’s a really good salad! But a salad is never a pie 😅
