I love Burritos!
Great album !!!
Pete might have been "wild " in concert, but that was his chance to let loose & adlib. In the studio he felt less was best. Often building underlying "tension", making you think "what's coming next? What was on track was genius, never before herd1 Always accentuating and punctuating1 My ALL TIME favorite guitarist. Not just steel guitarist. He WAS God, not Clapton!
One of my favorite songs ever !
I like this album a lot, also the cover art. What do you see out in the desert at night? Moths!!!
Many domos!
Gold & platnium
this was released in 75 but sneaky pete was the pedal steel guitarist? i thought he left in 70 or 71 n was replaced by al perkins before the “last of the red hot burritos” recording
Sneaky Pete and Chris Ethridge revived the FBB in 1975, with Gene Parsons, Joel Scott Hill and Gib Gilbeau.
This sounds like Perkins, Sneaky Pete was a little wild. I saw them around this period and there were a lot of personnel changes. Perkins was more creative too, though.
@@AmBotanischenGarten Al Perkins was only in the band for less than a year in 1971. Sneaky Pete always came and went, but he was by far the most consistent member in their 50+ year history.
