I’m leaning toward this being an overseas release. That R2S cover has been used on several overseas releases over the years.

Reacts gloss doesn’t mean it’s overseas, plenty of releases that spi have came out with lately domestically have had reacta gloss on it
Reactagloss is the new polish. 1500grit is the old style that we still see on some overseas.

It looks like some random guy just pasted the Lightning logo onto one of the black solid balls from Storm. I can't see any pearl particles through the coverstock, even though it's introduced as R2S Pearl 🤔🤔

Both balls have the same Product SKU, not sure if that's because the product hasn't been released and will be updated. But seems fishy. Maybe there is some additional testing done by USBC that we are unaware of that would kill the Lighting Blackout?

I was thinking the same thing. The R2S Lightning may have been what they were originally planning, but later on in development changes were made.

Hey I do have a question STORM has the new ……..ION and then ROTO GRIP has the NEW X-CELL take a look at the cores in each I’m I seeing things but the look to be pretty close in shape the ION has a step up block the X-cell has almost the same shape ??????? what your thought on this. I excited for the X-cell and there a price difference MR BEANS

Yeah this looks pretty photoshopped. Know some people who know a decent amount about what's coming and have not heard anything about this. Introducing an almost identical ball makes even less sense than their dumber decisions in the past year. This would instantly cannibalize sales because it'd be at a cheaper price point
