Exploring a Village Shrine in the Beautiful Japanese Countryside (Relaxing Ride in Rural Japan!) 🚲

- This is one of my favorite things to do in Japan: pick a place on the map, ride there and just see what it’s like, taking in the scenery and sounds of the area. This can of course be fun in a city as well, but the rural experience is really special - relaxing and invigorating at the same time. In this video I ride around a village in the mountains of central Mie Prefecture. There’s an old Shinto Shrine there I want to explore…feel free to come along for the ride!
For this one, I wanted to capture the calm atmosphere and actual sounds of the location, so I avoided adding voiceover or BGM audio. What do you think? Better to stick to my regular style? Anyway, if this video was a bit quiet/slow for you, don’t worry. I promise there will be an actual point to the next one. 🍻
I found it really immersive but I might be in the minority. It's a rare treat to find a contemplative, peaceful video like this on CZcams but I know it's not everyone's cup of tea.
