Sorry to say..... ALGO never work for retail traders but it looks working and easy..... because one Bug / Defect can spoil their entire money and one bug is always possible... Big guys does not need ALGO and even if they use but they have people to close or adjust positions manually incase of issues in ALGO...... so please do not spoil retail traders..... ALGO might work work for equity as it does not spoil as such but options trading with ALGO will screw people one day... if you have a different product all together the I wish you great success from bottom of my heart.........

Bro I see a serious gap with the team you hired. Generally the technical architect himself and the development team will provide all the inputs. You just need to provide high level flow initially and then slowly build one module at a time. A product manager is a must when you outsource
I had a similar issue when I founded my sports aggregator app. It is so heartbreaking to scrap all that you have created just coz it isn't compatible or scalable coding/platform wise

I did outsource it. Needed a tech cofounder all through out, but couldn't find a partner
