I.G.I 2 is a Directx 8 game, and with this software, we can force the game to use directx 9, which has better performance than directx 8. Also, it automatically enables v sync, which locks the game fps to monitor refresh rate. ( I recommend setting your monitors refresh rate to 60, if you are still having mouse problem) Btw, you can use this fix for any game that uses directx 8.
Bro, you have the best solution for this subject. But do you also have mouse acceleration? LIke you move your mouse and a few miliseconds later it moves on the display.
@@Puxi I think there's a simple way around, you just have to open and close your map, that will fix the issue temporary, but you'll have to do this everytime you restart the level.

Hello brother in my pc the game works smoothly llit almost feels like 60fps.(Without this file) But when i monitor the games fps it actually runs at 30? I don't know but its really more than smooth like 30 im pretty sure.
I have issue i new install windows 10 pro but i install igi 2 in windows 10 home it work very smoothly now in windoes 10 it lag too much plz reslove my problem❤

What are your system specifications?
Maybe try to update windows and all the drivers, see if the problem persists.
