This was the fishing adventure of my lifetime. I'm so lucky I was able to share it with Chris. Babe and his guys; Jim Bedell and Nate Berg are just the best. They know how to work a giant lake they've never even seen before -- and catch tons more fish than the locals who have lived there all their lives!!! I'm not making this up. I've never been so impressed.

"Not big enough to produce Big Pike" ? The lake is 82,000 acres and one of the best big Pike Lakes I've ever seen. Our trip had multiple 20 pound pike, and loads of 15 lb plus...
are you guys fishing at pickle lake or north caribou? pickle lake (a town and a lake) does not require flying - yet this is an outpost trip and you say the lake is too small to hold a trophy population??? north caribou is HUGE!!
