- Welcome to another video of Sydney Hills Gymnastics Online.
This video is focusing on shaping drills, take off drills and landing drills to work on your back tucks. This is good for people who are starting to learn their back tucks as an introduction and also people who are already practicing it and are trying to work on their form so that we are ready for when we return to the gym.

One of the best videos on back tuck, good break down and many useful ground drills. Thanks.
Thank you so much! Glad to hear you found it helpful. Yes, the ground work makes all the difference.
This drills help me so much
Excellent. My back tuck is good, but so far I'm only doing standing tucks on trampoline, not floor. I think this all round routine will help me with conditioning and eventually give confidence to attempt it on the air tumble track.
facing some trouble when practicing my back flip. gotta add these drills into my session. Hope it can help improve my form.
Awesome. Thank you. I have trouble opening the hips and driving the knees over. So, I will be practicing the lying down exercises with driving the knees/hips as well as the other drills. Thanks again. Very helpful.
Best video tutorial I've on the back tuck, and I've already seen loads of awesome one. Thank you.
Wow thanks so much! About 95% of our coaches are either ex gymnasts or still currently compete in MAG, WAG and Acrobatics. The other 5% come from another competitive sporting discipline like dance, figure skating etc. Great to hear you are investing tie into your fitness journey. We love that!
