Sarah, first of all thank you for the PSA! I didn’t know calling was so easy, now I will! Your designs are great and so is your stitching. I’m always in awe of any mom that can get any stitching done, know where it is, not have it chewed up or covered in kid slobber, let alone organize, record, edit and publish a flosstube. I’m 70, you moms are just built different! 😁 safe travels and have a great Thanksgiving. 🪡🧵☮️🍗🎄

Hi Sarah! Well, I came for the stitching and was NOT disappointed. I love all your WIPs, and the Handy Corn is both hilarious and adorable. I also want to thank you for the “how to” on calling my representative. UGH, I hate making phone calls and I’m such a coward about it! LOL But this makes it sound fairly doable, and gosh, I’m sure those poor folks answering the phones get yelled at all the time. Ok, deep breath, I’m going to try!

Thank you for the shout-out. I also want to thank you for the information on contacting the representative. It's important to be in the know and let your voice be heard not by just voting but by calling them important world events. Girl, I, too, have read Iron Flames. I couldn't believe how it ended and now have to wait probably a year for the next book 😢. I'm going to look into joining the sal in January, I love the saying. Take care 💜

Thank you x 1000 for how to contact representatives!! It seems so dauting and gives me anxiety, especially calling reps you would never vote for but are stuck with. But, you made it completely accessible. I appreciate it so much! I feel the same wanting to be completely informed on issues before speaking about them. There are some things that are unquestionable just like you mentioned.

Beautiful stitching Sarah! I'm loving your Artsy Housewife color conversion! I love your haul. Those wee santas are just so cute! I wonder if Chris Cross would do a "here's what our customers recommend" corner where they feature some patterns and include little text writeups on why customers recommend them, you know, like at bookstores. That would be fun. October House sure has some beautiful patterns. That autumn quaker by Primrose is beautiful too. Lumina Pumpkin is so cool! Chris XStitch got that one too. So many good SALs coming up!
Ooo I love the recommendation section idea! She does do a contest every fall with customer finishes, but you have to purchase both the pattern and the fabric from the shop, and I only ever do one or the other.
Pretty Girl is lovely; those are my favorite shades. I really need the DMC sample book. The answer is always no I don't "need" anymore lol; I have a wishlist miles long though! I got Summer Sucks for Witchy Stitcher Day. That's No Moon is super high on my wishlist. My haul includes your Pansy pattern; my Grandma always said they look like little faces. 💜

Apparently I’m joining in a theme of 24 new starts in 2024. I’m participating in 13DaysOfHalloween & 12DaysOfChristmas which is 23 new starts for me next year plus one new start for a retreat I’m attending makes 24 for me. If it sounds fun and and you already participating, sweet!

New here cross stitch since 1981 I was 31 had to replace painting with something else new baby in 1980 wasn’t going to change my hobbies lol lol 😳
