it’s just basic pea gravel so it does have more of a rounded shape so it’s easier on the bare feet compared to regular sharp gravel. There is weed barrier which helps but over the years gardening, weed seeds and flower seeds will germinate on top due to soil spillage from cleanups, it’s only normal. You can use a metal rake or what we do is put on boots and shuffle our feet and they’re gone. They cannot root deep in, only shallow so it’s easy.
I have always enjoyed watching your garden videos from day one! My question is, do you wish that your flower beds and garden beds were stacked three high or do you just prefer the two high? My husband's in the process of making garden beds just like the ones your husband showed in a DIY video and I was thinking they should be stacked three high, but then I worry about being able to reach all the vegetables that are growing in there?
on amazon, they’re heavy duty ones by the tall raised beds, and then just regular outdoor string lights around the fire pit. Just make sure that they say they are for outdoors.
