I belive I am. My grandmother was one and the empath genes were inherited .She passed away ages years ago. She was Indian from north.Mississippi.
In my perspective we have a misunderstanding about what is real meaning of highly sensitive, what a highly sensitive feel and experience. The importance of about our senses, what is the meaning of absorbing feelings, emotions and the experience. What is the meaning of empaths mirror effects, feelings and experiences, and the meaning of trasmute energy, feelings, experience and work. In my experience we have to clean our body, this means we are constantly transmuting energies, we are changing negative energies into positive, this is why we are highly spiritual, we are constantly working in ourselves. I’m very calm and i remain calm even Im able to feel deeply, even I’m absorbing feelings and emotions. We are very calm, we are emotionally mature, old souls, we know when, why and how to step back if we needed. We feel deeply and it’s the most magical gift we have and I love to enjoy the beauty of every minute of my life, I love to laugh. It’s not true we don’t how we feel. I have passion, I love art, everything that we do we do it we most and deeply feelings of our hearts. It doesn’t make sense what I don’t why I love my life, why I love myself, why I’m in love of the process to be a better person every day. Feelings deeply and understanding my emotions and feelings is the engine to be who I’m, to create, to transform the intangible into tangible. Love is the core of Empathy.

For I am the roaming heyoka of peace and prosperity; the blessing and the warning, the fulfillment of Lakota prophecy akin to the second coming. Ever since the White Buffalo Women raised me from the dead and kissed my broken crown, deeming me her sacred clown. I have the "M" and "Crescent Moon" markings. But you must seek me to find me meek and lowly. Find me and you most assuredly shall have rest for your soul. Them be the rules. May peace be your guide and love be your path.
