1.Hex socket 1/8 * 1/2 inch
2.Reducer bush 1/2 inch

Need o ring on trigger rod, otherwise air will escape. Also spring wears over time, reducing airtight seal

Im wondering if the air comes back from the 3mm push rode hole there is nothing to stop it and if the rod fits too tight it wont move freely.
I was wondering that too. I was just using this to understand different valves, but not being as efficient as can be bothers me.
When you want to make a valve of the gun use lathe if you have or go to lathe store and buy it if you have money and another thing this plugs is hard to find anywhere

I have a question, What is the round plate you used in 4:19 , and what is the ring in 4:46, and lastly, what kind of spring you used in 4:48 ? May i know the inner and outer diameter and the lenth of the spring?? Annnnd I really love your art works :) they are probaly the best I saw on my whole life. 👍👍
4:19it's a brass bush.Outer diameter 11mm, thickness 4mm,Internal diameter 3mm
4:46Another small brass piece used to hold the spring in place.
4:48 Normal spring(you can buy it from AliExpress or you can find it from any toys)

Good work but I see 2 problems with the design.
1/ the end plug with the 3mm hole in it for the pin when it is installed has no seal whatsoever to stop the HPA from escaping in direction of the hammer. How would you seal this?
2/ the same end plug you install and screw in by hand with the Teflon tape on the thread. It would be much easier to also cut it slightly as you did with the other plug so one can screw it in normally.
Your responde, especially regarding the first point would be very helpful.

I don't know if you question still stand or if you figured out by yourself but I guess you could epoxy glue a 3mm o-ring around the pin at the spot it touches the piece placed in the middle to make a sort of seal when it go back to its position after shooting, I guess it would improve the air tightness quite a bit and possibly slightly improve fps, as all the air would be forced throught the pneumatic hose connector, but I'm not sure how better it would be? I'm not even sure it would improve it that much but who knows?

*Could you please tell me the outer diameter of hex socket*
It's a 1/8*1/2inch hex socket.You can google it.Almost 20mm internal diameter
It didn't let me sleep at night but now I'm sure bout something. If it's almost 20mm inner diameter it is 3/4 inch, not "1/8*1/2", unless it's some different way of writing it :) if it is, could you attache a link to Google search results as my one just shows hex socket wrench and stuff like that.
