Can't even tell if it's done by an up-and-comer, or a pro! This composition makes me think of a distinctly E.S. Posthumus (may that trailer music group rest in peace...though the phoenix Les Friction was been from those Ashes) type of sound. I like it, and have always been a fan of yours. Your use of EWQL (and I'm sure other) products is a testament Yup your skill combined with EWQL's ingenuity. Rock on, my friend, and I'll be listening for more of your stuff, right along with others like Jon Brooks, Mattia Cuppelli, Steve Steadman, and others who are most assuredly the future of film/trailer music. Love this track, I'm a big fan of using traditional instruments other than the ones always heard in the orchestra. Are you still using EWQL, and if so, may I ask how you are able to get such good phrasing with your strings? For example, in the first 20 seconds here. Do you avoid the simple patches and always use the ModFX ones to help get that flowing feeling? Keep up the awesome writing!
