    How do you know the initial operating point of a specific photovoltaic panel? Is it always 0.5?

    • @HadeedSher
      @HadeedSher  Před 3 lety +1

      It is a rough guess. Starting from 0.5 gives you a midpoint to initiate the process. If you make it 0.2 and at that time the MPP is at 0.8 then it may require a lot more number of iterations to reach the MPP. Also i may happen that by using 0.2 as a starting point, the power comes out to be very low and consequently, the system may trap there due to vanishingly small change in power after a perturbation. Please search about the inaccuracies in ADC and filters for measurement of signals.

    • @HadeedSher
      @HadeedSher  Před 3 lety

      It is a value of controller. Because if you select the voltage then the reference is set as the voltage value not the duty cycle value.
