People who only look at the decklist at the start of the video kinda got baited... Make sure to check out the card by card at the end of the video because I did modify the ratios and extra deck while recording this video.

Mentally Stable Yubels
Borrelsword and accesscode help to otk on an open board. Selene is pretty interesting to help climb into higher links. The blue girl is a spellcaster and deck plays plenty of spells to facilitate Selene’s effect.
Deck doesnt really need help for otk
It will need big hitters if your opponent didn’t have enough monsters on board
You can also attach double edge sword to your mikankos and swing for 4k on an empty board.
Interesting - so if the opp passes on nothing you can still do some damage
yeah but then you risk getting evenly'ed. tho maybe if you went: summon any mikanko, equip double edge, attack, hit 4k, get evenly'ed, then set up in main 2.
They have to survive until the end of the battle phase to Evenly. Mikanko has ways to OTK on empty boards. For example, Ohime + Any Mikanko, Double Edged Sword on the one that isn't Ohime, and the Green Mikanko Equip (these are the cards yo uwant to be using your searches on anyway) is OTK - 4k with the mini mikanko, Mayowashidori effect on the mini mikanko bouncing it to hand and sending the sword to grave, use Ohime effect to equip it onto her, 4k again.
There's also another list that uses Diviners to send Herald to the grave to grab Ohime, and then synchros into Braver with a mini mikanko + the diviner - this searches out 3 equips (including DES). Get out Ohime, then swing in with Braver, take the damage from DES, sending it into grave, Ohime the sword onto her, then swing for game.

Even better, if double edged sword is on the hu-li, with mayowashidori and you have ohime out, you can attack for 4000, bounce hu-li, and equip ohime with graveyard double edged sword for game :)

something i like to do when im going second is let the timer countdown to 1 second left then choose go second. helps conceal it a bit
You can play Fool's Axe as a cheap alternative to Double-Edged Sword.
Axe of Fools is also a negate, so if you have Rivalry you can use it as a negate. If you also have Ohime on the field, then even if they link off the negated monster, you can quick effect add it to the next monster to interrupt them again. So it's worth running even if you have double-edged sword.
"Action Magic - Full Turn" is a SR quick spell that will let you cause double damage in this deck.
Combined with double edge sword it should cause X4 damage ☠☠🔥🔥
Attaching water arabesque to my opponent’s monster to bounce it and get a free mon is one of my favorite plays

Been testing Mikanko insolo mode initially and it's a damn fun deck - got to tweak my deck a bit before going into ranked with it. Also Interrupted Kaiju Slumber is a good tech card with Mikankos as it turbos out Kaijus whilst wiping the field so you have something to swing into. I went with two double edged swords as well for the hell of it. That double damage to the opp on swinging is too funny 😂😂😂
Kaiju Slumber is a good card... but it can be ashed and it has to destroy to activate so the opponent can dodge it
I haven’t added double edge sword yet but I do have forbidden chalice for monsters who can negate and pop my girls before they are protected also white veil stops spell and traps from activating
It really is fun. It play in solo too.
Ok - gone into ranked with it last few days and gone from plat 4 to diamond 3 so far - the deck is so damn fun. Looking to try and hit master with it - let's see if it works!
Might try playing Mathmech or something with Mikanko sleaves and choosing to go second lol

nibiru, lava golem and kaijus are seeing more plays.
mikanko, galaxy eyes, 8-axis and numeron blind 2nd is everywhere ranging from D3 - M3, it feels like im back to being silver/gold with all these otk decks loitering in this rank range.
Hmm bye-bye damage could be used as a sneaky version of double edged sword (take no battle damage and reflect double damage back) I noticed a lot of people love swinging at mikankos with no equip spells
I was thinking of making this deck mostly because I got Ohime the manifested Mikanko in crystal foil lol. And since I'm also pulling the pack for Purrly and Galaxy eyes, I think this game wants me to make all three at this point XD.
This is by far my favorite of the three

U can try a nadir servant with maximus package : send garuru , herald and n'tuss draw one , add ohime and pop one card
U can replace emergency teleport and extrav
I don't like extrav since u can't kaiju and lava golem so usually it's negated

Having a blast with Mikanko rn, I didnt even know they had their own sleeves. I might just go around with an actual OTK deck using that sleeves now so people would give up their turn 1 lmao

Yeah the same thing happened back when vaylantz dropped and I decided to cover them first. That video ended up doing well too. Not sure which is better though bc my first spright deck profile is my most watched deck profile ever and that was getting videos left and right too.

For extra deck adding in apollousa so u can ip, stolen monster from nini, nini herself for 3 monster negate is pretty nice too
I like going second OTK decks, but the problem I see with this deck is that it requires your opponent to have a monster? What if they don't summon anything, than what? I'll stick with 8-axis for now but will definitely keep an eye on this deck.
It definitely has a way to otk if your opponent has an empty field, it just requires a good hand
Try ashura king, it requires 3 level 3 monsters but its better than nothing. It can attack three times with like 2100 ATK
You can still do damage if they handtrap you and you can get fire dance and even otk if you can summon 2 mikanko with equip and somehow get double-edged sword.
Dont worry this deck has both advantage with or without monster
Double-Edge Sword can make 4k damage in empty board

I used my traptrix sleeves on my mikanko and used my mikanko sleeves on my traptrix to confuse opponents 😂
The biggest downside of this deck is you can't accomplish the destroy 3 monsters daily mission
This deck can also run TCBOO if you're into that lol.
What do you think of g1st mikanko build? There are for example assault mode and infernoble variants.

How would you compare this to a deck like Numeron for going second? Somewhat new to the game
So mikankos is better at going second than Numeron in the sense that it can still work despite being negated, plus is a tad cheaper due to not needing the extra deck. Numeron’s still pretty strong in it’s own right but ONLY if their field spell can cook.
