Samia has really got down her father's ideals. It's a good thing she is keeping up with her father legacy. She has a twenty plus year old son. I hope he delves into his grandfather's vision; United Africa Republic. She is an amazing woman with strong compassion for development of Africa.

Kwame Nkrumah was a great visionary and a noble man and Ghana needs one of Nkrumah's children to lead Ghana going forward in the same way as he wanted Ghana to be in his lifetime achievement. May God bless us all and bless Ghana as always. Amen

I remember Kwame Nkrumah's slogan " United we stand, divided" we fall", and in reality this is what is happening all over Africa today, we are struggling to make ends meet, we all have begging bowls on our government hands, begging for handouts from Europe, America, China, IMF, World bank etc. exactly as prophesied by one of our great African saviours, Kwame Nkrumah, not forgetting the great Marcus Garvey, Julius Nyerere, Haile Sellasie etc. There is no other solution for Africa. Africa must unite. And this had always been prevented by white Europeans and Americans because they know "Unity is Strength" and should all black Africans from all over the world unite whites and arabs will have a hard time to re-enslave and re-colonise Afrika and Afrikans. ASHE.

African nations speaking with one voice is a far off dream, dare I say, and whilst I admire the interviewee's attempt to change things for the better, I have to be candid and recognise it as a pipe dream. We have been speaking about African unity for decades, yet when I look at where we are it is plain to see that we have a very long way to go, which has led me to believe that this unity we all speak of, this unity which we all crave, desire and long for will never happen until the continent of Africa gets rid of the corrupt self-seeking leaders and replace them with honest individuals who have the wider interest of Africa at heart. We are the laughing stock of the world, seen as a people who have no real concept of unification and unless and until we get our act together, being given reparation in recognition of the centuries of exploitation and atrocities perpetrated on the African people will remain a mere pipe dream. However, despite the obstacles, we still have to try, whilst being full cognisant of the fact that the road is long and the pathway rugged. I wish her well!!

The present independence of individual African nations is only a nominal one. It is to be an indispensable step toward continental unity and economic integration under an All-African Union Government, and not just merely a means to a nationalist end. However, it has been the interjection of neo-colonialism, and short sighted (so called) leaders that has held the nation states of Africa in check from forming a wider union. Surely Africa will have a weighted influence in world affairs with such a union. Real independent economic development could get underway on a concerted and speedy level. As this development could be observed from Africa's diaspora, it would send a mighty rippling effect across the planet, sparking independent thought and action from Africa's children outside the continent. Economic integration can organize Africa's resources in such a way as to build a dominant market place as units of resources and materials can be exported as finished products from the entire continent, and not as subsets of raw materials from individual African countries, which devalue price range. Sustainable infrastructure can be built to facilitate an industrial and technological Africa. Africa currently has 22% of the world electrical potential, yet less than 1% is installed. Development plans can be put in effect to permanently remedy that problem by embracing the entire electrical potential of Africa, which will eliminate any break on technological development by lack of electricity. We will be in the most advantageous position to protect our people from exploitation anywhere on the globe with a continental union, individually and collectively.

They didn't join their Father at Guinea Conakry because the Portuguese were always attempting to overthrow the Government of Sekou Toure,as they believed that Sekou Toure and Nkrumah were the brain behind Amilcar Cabral's aim and objective of liberating Cape Verde and the other African nations under Portuguese colonised rule. Thus,it was safer for the family to be with their mother in Egypt at the time !

You must understand the history of Africa to understand why Kwame Nkuruma married an Egyptian. To we Africans , Algeria, Morocco, Egyptand Libya are Africans. Our History is deep , I will encouraged you keep an open mind to understand the OAU before making criticism. Gaddafi was Pan African so was Malcolm X . who after visiting the continent , came to the realisation that that he meet and dine with white in Mecca and Africa who he called brothers. I know most African American , dont really travel out of the continent. Till then you always welcome my brothers and Sisters to the continent

Nigeria Field of Gold yes she was African no doubt but she was not a black African. She doesn't know the black African struggle at all!! That's like me I live in American but if I make a Mexican American woman my wife and I call myself a Pan Africanism but it's ok because she's a so-called American like me?? Hello No!! Now don't get me wrong Kwame Nkrumah was a great man!! And his legendary stance and service will live in forever!! But facts are facts!! And his daughter married out! That's not true Pan Africanism because if you fighting for your own that much why you couldn't love and be with your own!!!
