Poloroid go with the image quality of the mini 11 would be a dream combo.
Polaroid can crush this market if they do the GO II correctly!
Thanks so much for the review. I was really considering a polaroid go, but glad I came across this channel!
Glad I could help!
Thank you! This was super helpful!!! Touched upon all my concerns about both cameras.
Thank you for your honesty!! ❤️ like you were really straight forward, blunt and to the point!👏🏽
Glad I could help ✌🏽
Great review! Don’t know if you’ve seen that they released black frame film for the GO and I’m not sure if it’s because of the contrast of the black frame with the image colors that increases the quality to the eye or they really improved on the quality of the film itself but the pics look so much better on the black frame!
I did see this but already got rid of mine. If you can post some sample images, I'd love to see them! thx
Hey Dom! you are by far one of my favorite people from big brother, you and Danielle are legendary. Wishing you and your beautiful family endless success.
Hey Imaan, I appreciate the kind words. With you also nothing buy happiness and positivity! Cheers
I don't dislike the overexposure, it's nostalgic of the original Polaroids when I was a kid. If I'm worried about a photo being overexposed then I just use my phone. I mostly use my Instax mini for scrapbooking
It's completely personal preference, if you like the exposure it's a great little camera.
The Polaroid Go is cute. When I received it, at first I was disappointed with the IQ. But I used it on day trips (already visited before) within my country last summer on bright sunny days without flash, just like you mention, and the results were quite good. The temperature was not above 25°C/77°F. Shot portraits, architecture and a few landscapes. Hope Polaroid can improve the film. However my preferred small analog instant camera is from the brand to be seen on your monitor. It’s an expensive one based on the Fuji mini 90 with some tweaks. I like the look and handling over the Fuji mini 90.
The mini 90 is really cool. I think Fuji is far ahead of the game, but I'm excited that Polaroid is back in it. Thanks for watching
thank you for the review!!!!
Good review! My sister bought two Instax for her wedding so guests could take pics as mementos and I stole one at the end of the night. Been using it ever since and I do enjoy the image quality only if slightly overexposed at times.
Couldn’t agree more. Super fun just to shoot something different!
Interesting video, might buy a Instax Mini before my next vacation. not much else to say, but figured that commenting helps the algorithm, so here it is lol
Appreciate the algorithm bump :)
Such an informative video, thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
such a great review thanks
Thanks for watching!
Twist in the Climax didnt expected
Me either, sadly. Thanks for watching
So I would prefer the ''go'' over the '''mini'' and here's why: The mini photo size is quite small, but the body of the mini is almost the same size as a wide/square instax camera, you can't take either three of them with you in your pocket, they're just too big for that. Knowing that, it makes 0 sense to purchase the ''mini'' instead of a wide or square. but like I said, neither the mini, square or wide have a small enough body to take with you in your purse or pocket, and that's where the go is perfect. yes the photo size is small, but it's so easy to carry with you. I myself own an instax wide and the polaroid go. the wide I use mostly at home, and often have it in my car so If I go to friends I can grab it out of my car if I'm still nearby. and the polaroid go I pretty much bring everywhere just in case, to parties and event, my job, etc.
Well put. I totally see your point
So helpful. Thanks
Great video! Thank you!!
You are so welcome!
I got a polaroid over instax because it feels like a toy. But I do like their edition style like demon slayer(trying to get) but with polaroid I like experimenting with exposure putting them in different temp. Im going to add the go to my collection tho
This is the most honest review i watch so far when it comes to polariod go. Indeed it produce crappy image. I have both of the camera but i often use the polariod go since i dont like the image it produce. At first i thought i just dont know how to use it.
I thought I got a lemon, but I returned and got a second one and still the same. Hopefully Polaroid gets it right with gen 2!
Wait what do you mean when you say “it last” does the image die out?
also; the polaroid go has a selftimer which I think is just so handy
This is true!
Do you know if the go pictures better in bright daylight or similar? Also, great video, I love the honest review.
In daylight its much better. If that's your main usage I'd give the Go a shot.
@@DominicPhillip Thanks for the reply, I will keep that in mind.
I have the Polaroid Go and have taken some awesome pictures with it.
I did get some that are good in bright light, but overall majority of my pictures weren't usable for me. Bug glad yours is working out for you!
My friend has that Polaroid Go and didnt last long, now for some reason her pictures come out all blue. She then bought that Fujifilm and tbh even i like the quality better on the Fujifilm even thought it feels cheaper
That's terrible. Polaroid needs to step their game up!
Polaroid has blue style film, maybe she accidentally bought those and didn't know lol
@@rorothegoatboat im aware. By blue i meant the picture doesnt come out. Just a blue tint all over like if you take a picture of the sky with no clouds or anything.
@@Ryuk551 ahh gotchu, def faulty camera then
I just got a fuji instax mini 11 with a pack of film included at my local target for $25. As they now have the 12 mini on the shelves. Im very happy with my purchase.
For $25 you got a great deal. It's hard to pass that up for that price tbh.
The only problem I have with rechargeable cameras is that I am sure they have a finite life!!! I have 50+ year old cameras that still work ... not sure a rechargeable will live as long!!!
That's an excellent point Brian. At some point, they will die out
Which Polaroid would be the best for boudoir photography but also the most affordable? What do you suggest guys?
None. Get a dslr
Can you do Polaroid go vs Instax mini 12
you solved my doubts. But still, if anyone is reading this, can you suggest a camera that can be used for 20-30 years? I mean i do not want to change the model, once i have bought the piece. I will re buy the camera again and again in the years to come. For now, fujifilm seems to be the right kind of camera brand for me. feel free to type long comments. I am looking for a life time friend here(in the form of the camera)
I have the Polaroid Go and I’ve been having issues with the film since I got it. I’ve wasted soooo many “pictures” so disappointed
Thanks for the review!
4:41 Hold it sideways?
Being legendary I see..thanks from New Zealand ,karori wellington..will go get the cheap one tomorrow with film on sale also here...for my girl and just like you my girl will like it..hahhhaha. 👍 godbless
I have no idea about camera specs, I just bought the Polaroid Now because I wanted a instant photo camera
Can I use poloroid go film for a fujifilm?
No, these don't interchange. Different shaped film
Agree to disagree. I like the Instax print sizes better. Polaroid reminds me of old 70's photos. I like the shape of the Instax Mini. Also the Polaroid film is over priced.
Quality of fuji an looks of poleroid🔥🔥🔥
Yessss
Thank you
You're welcome
So which one should we get? I'm confused 😂
Seriously 😄
Go Fuji. Stay away from the Polaroid just yet.
@@DominicPhillip I trust your word... I hope I don't regret it
@@DominicPhillip me 2 man
the mini 11 is better dan the polaroid de 11 mini is 69$ but the polaroid is 99$!!!!!!!!!!! dat is so many dan the intax 11
Correct. The Install is better.
Tbh I’d prefer the mini 11 because it’s ✨a s t h e t i c ✨
Really? I think the Go is such a good looking little camera. But I could see the appeal for both.
we got the fuji Instax Mini a few years ago, the photos are crap! RIP if you need to use the flash!
My opinion of any of the Polaroid film that was made after the original company went bankrupt and stopped producing film is that it cannot compare to what Fuji produces. Even with the improvements The Impossible Project made, the film just does not have the same color saturation and truer colors that the Fuji film has. It does not matter what Polaroid camera you are using or film type, the picture quality is not there compared to today's Fuji film and the film Polaroid produced pre-bankruptcy. I just wish Fuji would bring back FP-100C peel apart film, the best of the best!
Lithuim dies after 10~ish years. Regular batteries will make your device much more likely to be used 20-30 years on.
The Polaroid the quality of the images is bad that’s why I bought the other one.
That’s true, I think you made a good choice
Damn that sucks I just got the Polaroid go as a gift
Try it out. Maybe it’s good enough for you. If not, Craigslist!
this whole vid is just him dissing the instax mini lol
Well the Poloroid is better all around except for the minor fact that the photos suck lol
@@DominicPhillip a camera that is bad at taking photos fails at it's one job. But at least the housing looks good?
I agree. I will not base my purchase on this review.
Well he did chose the Fuji instax in the end unless you didn’t watch the vid all the way till end.
there are people who want an unbiased review that makes them decide in choosing a one off purchase in this field of instant cameras. especially when your looking at between $250 to $300 Australian and you want to gift.
I don’t want a review that has a tone like it’s by a person who got a product motive It’s not a genuine review imo and I’m not getting my info from here.
Why does he keep saying deep-
polaroid go is uglier than instax mini and basically i doesn’t even look like a camera 😂
I could see that, but I kinda like the way it looks
I agree The Go Camera is a piece of junk.

Polaroid for me beacuse I still drink cow milk🥸
