@@Ulexcool So I did and I see anywhere from 60k views to 120k views in a day or two whereas older views that have been out a week or more have similar counts. Unfortunately I don't see dislikes on any video one way or the other. I'm curious now if you're on mobile and could report back on the proportion. Interestingly enough, they didn't say anyone wanted to watch it, let alone a large number or proportion. They said it is something special. That's only a claim of one person which we have to take at their word. Not sure why you visited all three unless you're torturing yourself on purposes lol
As someone who has had over a decade of experience working in K-12 education, I want to believe President Biden’s standpoint that America is an essential nation in the world and that our leadership role is important, but I fail to understand how we can lead if we don’t take care of our own properly. Our K-12 education system is in shambles as teachers have been overworked, disrespected, neglected, and woefully underpaid, and this is a result of disastrous policy enacted by *both* parties tracing back to No Child Left Behind, resulting in untold millions (if not billions, by this point) of dollars in educational funding poured down the drain of needless high-stakes standardized testing that benefits no one save for the textbook and testing industries while schools struggle to find funds for building infrastructure (as many school buildings were built back in the 50s/60s), struggle to find funding for educational technology equipment, in-house professional development leadership, nurses, guidance counselors, support staff, enough teachers to bring class sizes down to a humane ratio…the list goes on. This is not President Biden’s fault exclusively because *every* president and *every* Congress since the early 2000s has failed America in this regard, and this is just one critical domestic policy area that doesn’t get discussed seriously enough and doesn’t see meaningful action to remedy, despite all that educators have done across the country to call for action.
…and frankly, many people will point fingers of blame at one president or another, but it’s Congress that we should be infuriated with the most over the past couple of decades. They’re the ones who make the laws and control the budget, after all. It’s easier to blame one person for the nation’s troubles versus 538 people, though.
I work in education and see it as well. TFG's cabinet completely screwed public schools.
It's mind-boggling to me, as a German, that so many people in the US believe the president has any say in pretty much anything.
It's been like that for decades and no matter if you had republican or democrat/liberal presidents elected- they all did the exact same things.
The president in the US is more of a prestigious position and solely aims to give the citizens the illusion that they are being heard and have a say on certain topics.
You, as an educated person, should highlight the fact that only the congress has a say and changes things much more. Your presidents are simple lobbyists, as any other politicians worldwide. Otherwise, there would be significant changes in having certain parties "elected", opposed to the fact that you have absolutely no changes in your country for decades.
The same trend can be applied to most other democratic countries, to be honest. Especially to our "western standards".
Do I think it's bad? Not at all. But people should seriously start educating themselves on how politics and especially international politics work, in order to unite more. The big segregation due to politics on pretty much any country of the world only aims to destabilize the normal citizens and give more power to the 1% that rule everything through money and lobby-driven interests.

What Conan said about how Republicans used to be tough on Russia to now being like "eh I guess we can let Putin take Ukraine has nothing to do with us" is exactly what I've been wondering. I've always been sympathetic to the Republican Party when it came to their stances on foreign policy, but now Im in disbelief at how they have been treating the war in Ukraine. If Republicans are so happy with US defense spending reaching almost a trillion dollars every year, why can't they get behind the US spending 100 billion dollars on Ukraine in nearly 2 years? Why spend so much if we're not going to use just a fraction of it when our foreign policy, partners and allies, are severely challenged? Can someone explain to me why interviews with world leaders seem to always be filmed with the same lens? There's that slight grain, high contrast and depth of field. It looks slightly old I'd say. I noticed it in the Putin interview, and now this. Is there a reason?
Yeah, it's called information warfare. AI assisted and edited. The framing and blocking setup makes the video information easier to digest for the algorithm and then alter while maintaining the illusion of realism, with a high enough resolution that any minor errors caught by a close eye can be blamed on compression or some other digital artifact excuse. We live in a world of lossy information that does not remain as static as the information we used to put on paper or stone. And the previously static mediums are more and more each day being written *based on* facts pulled from the lossy and malleable digital information stream.

Biden wasn't my pick for the democratic nomination. And the DNC did some terrible stuff in that election when they pushed Bernie out and installed Biden as the nominee. Still, when it came to the choice on who to vote for, ousting Trump was obviously the only matter at play. But, after Biden came into office and both promised and proved that he was willing to speak openly and candidly with the people, even when other politicians would have warned him to keep to himself, I felt an actual pride in the office. For the first time in forty years we have a president who I'd want my kids to emulate. Be decent. Be honest. Work with others. Have empathy for your adversaries. Respect the people you lead. And what do you know... without even trying, I've noticed that my list here includes everything that Trump isn't.

@@sethhawkins4152 Sure, yes. Getting Trump out was, and is, the absolute imperative. I'll vote for almost anyone the political machine makes available to me that opposes that man.
But hey-- let's not discount being a statesman. A president's job is to unify and seek common ground for improvement. Not even his supporters would dream to call Trump a national unifier.
The political pillars of society are crumbling under the weight of political gamesmanship. Congress is at war with itself, and is continuing to bring in ever more childish party warriors for each team that are too zealous (and sometimes just flat out too crazy) to compromise and seek legitimate solutions.
The way to fix that is to introduce stability and attempt to reinitiate decorum and respect across the aisle. Biden holds the respect of the powerbrokers in congress, and he's been able to bring people together. That seems like a pretty good guy to have in the job, even without the threat of Trump.
@@claiminglight my brother I mostly agree with you but Bidens simply not the man you're describing, I live in Australia so I'll be honest in the grand scheme of things my opinion really doesn't matter as I don't get a vote or a say however the USA impacts and influences the whole world as you've probably seen with the current situation in Gaza, but if you do enough research you'll realise Biden simply isn't the man you're describing, and I'm not on either side as it seems both are corrupted to the core and both are mainly just trying to divide the USA apart, I see why people support trump so easily because he has no political experience prior to 2016 and that makes them think this multibillionare is going to "drain the swamp" when in reality he's part of the swamp, I'd say someone like RFK is probably the best choice for the next president but who knows at the end of the day when there's profit to be made there's going to be corruption
