@@philippelm9096 il me semble qu'avec la bague vierge taille intermédiaire homme (~2000e) le total grimpe à 3000 et des poussières, donc la gravure (avec ornements) aux alentours de 1000/1100 e je dirais L'ayant reçue pour un anniversaire, je ne suis pas le plus au fait des prix. It would not be impossible to cut lines etc with a Dremel. However, challenge of it will depend upon size and effective use of a burr, in particular lines and pinhead curved parts. Above all, level of dexterity of the hand, --in cutting-- on such surface becomes highly relevant if high quality engraving is expected. Before launching into cutting gold signet rings etc, practicing on lower quality, soft metals could assist engravers to prove to himself/herself own ability to manage such a challenge. good luck.
What did he do? He sneaked the ring into a laser engraving machine (the bit we didn't see) and suddenly he went from a couple of lines to the fully carved lion. What a fraud.
What is possible is image/drawing/photo to be marked by laser. It can then be incised as seen in video. CNC is capable to cut deeper but laser does not do deep cuts it will produce majority designs, followed by touching up with hand/air gravers.
