The Mickey’s Birthdayland Iceberg: 1. Minnie’s Surprise Birthday Party, Mickey’s house 2. "Rolling On The Express," Minnie Moo, Mickey's meet and greet area 3. The Mouseka Maze, the teaser during the 1988 Walt Disney World Happy Easter Parade, the McDonald's toys 4. The Cornelius Coot Commons statue, the playground with the giant crayons 5. Duckburg, Roger Rabbit at the grand opening 4 days before the theatrical release of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" 6. The Coca-Cola 6-pack used as a show prop, the inflatable Mickey statue
35:36 The Production Central at the Disney MGM Studios was operational by 1988.So that way when the Disney MGM Studios Theme Park officially opened to the public in Spring 1989 they could tell guests they had already done a significant amount of filming.
In the BirthdayLand part of the special i'm Kinda glad that Roger Rabbit didn't have a speaking role in it Cause god know what he would sound like (Judging by the Pretty Bad voice impressions). 19:041:31:09 Very Shortly after the Film's Release and Roger is already prominently seen with The Mickey Characters, Very Interesting, I feel like Birthdayland and this Special is what made disney considered Roger to be a bit of a Mickey Character almost as if he was intended to be one.
I was there for the Disneyland segment when it was taped for the 1990 show. I’m on Main Street and was part of one of the conga lines. Oddly, that part was taped on May 6th
@@disneydanny2 it was because the afternoon parade went one way and the n was stored backstage behind Main Street then started from there for the evening parade and reversed course so that it was in parade storage at night
Quick someone make a time machine so we can all go back to Walt Disney World in the 80s and 90s
Oh I love this 1980's Disney World video! I really wish I was there that year.

Be nice that Disney/ABC bring these show back..
Well, Disney+ might, but it might not feel the same as if it was on ABC/Disney.

If any of this features anything nostalgia, then this moment in this era should be featured in a music genre called V A P O R W A V E !
Holy Crap! Major nostalgia wave...My mom and Dad recorded this on VHS when I was five and I wore it out! 😁
Kayla Danford Was this on ABC?
@@markasflood8196 no unlike the Easter & Christmas parade, the 4th of july special was shown on independent stations (at least in my area it was)
that's better than what happened with my copy. I accidentally taped over the first hour with episodes of He-Man and She-Ra
I wish that Disney Bring these back...
