@@bane8305 wtf. “It’s the least she can do” you obviously don’t know how much effort it takes to be a videographer. Taku has mentioned many times how hard editing is and composing videos and how grateful he is for Jocelyn to help him with all of that. She’s literally Taku’s camera man. Without her taku wouldn’t be who he is today.

Rogue waves are gnarly. Had one come out of nowhere and crash on our boat at Ventura Harbor while hoop netting for lobster. We were even in the harbor walls when it hit. Thankfully, it was an inflatable boat, so we were able to just drain it. Great episode as always.

Lately, I've been rewatching all of Taku's videos from the beginning. I'm still waiting for Taku to try cooking up a gumboot which he occasionally finds on the rocks. That would make a cool 500k special.

Taku I think for this recipe, Yuzu Kosho would work perfectly. You get the spiciness and that refreshing citrus hit that goes well with fried fish

I make sauerkraut like Cole slaw, cabbage carrots and apples and that would be great on it too, or fermented red onions. Maybe Baseball sauerkraut.

* 1 small head fresh green cabbage,, 1-1½ pounds
* 2 white onions,, baseball sized!
* 1 sweet red pepper
* 1 jalapeno pepper
* 1 tablespoon paprika powder
* 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
* 1 tablespoon (15 ml) iodine-free salt (fine-grain)
