I pretty much agree with everything you said. But I honestly believe that niching down in the beginning, is not essential, especially if you have done little to no projects. And as a matter of fact, sometimes it can play against you. I firmly believe that your niche chooses you rather than you choosing your niche...lol. What I mean by that is that if you have just started your career you should work with as many industries as possible that way you will get to know where you are producing the maximum results and also where you are enjoying doing the work most and you can choose your niche according to that (if that makes sense)
With that being said niching down can be extremely profitable but you shouldn't rush it. I've seen so many freelancers choosing a niche just because they saw somebody else being very successful in that niche, but what they fail to see is the amount of experience, hard work, and research behind it.
If you don't mind, can you please create video on your process for better understanding. This will boost your channel as well because audience will start to share your content with others âșïž

Very Unqiue and Good content but the one thing is lacking I think and that is background music and Sound effects. Expression also plays an important role in giving a motivational vibe in video
