I love charmuri upkari ..Especially the one which we get in car street..Asha Nayaks fish curry presentation was awesome...Though I dont eat fish watched her recipe till the end..

Rakesh all the three whom u met Mohan Kamath (Ideals) , Raghvendra shenoy ( charmuri uncle ) and Asha naik all the three belong to GSB community and they speak konkani including the two christians the tiles uncle and the old lady also speak konkani and they too have thier roots from GSB community .

When ur coming Try Hoganekkal Fish fry, Nipatu(Thattu vadai) & Semathandu Kolambu( its a plant which grows near pond).My Granny cooks with a lots of varieties of Dhal..Its Very Tasty & Yummy...
Near by is Place is Kaveripattnam(Krishnagiri Dt) where u can Find Nipattu,Palkova not like srivaliputtur type its different ,Carrot Palkova & Mango Pulp.These Palkova are send Everyday to various districts like Kovai,Tirupur,Salem & other..Mangoo Pulp is export to Gulf countries....
Pls Vist these Districts too ....Dont forget to try our tradition Kolambu..
