Welcome ! Some Targets are hit or miss but it looks like they are comming around. I don't know what is up with Halloween stores. I am really not impressed this as year well. Target is more glitzy and glimmer many moons ago when I was younger Target did a decent job. Home Depot is the only one this year knocking it out of the park.
I feel like some stores are giving up all together, it is really sad, they dont even decorate the stores any more.
Your actually right! One store that is near me has less Halloween this year than I have ever seen...just a small section moved toward the registers...but Christmas oh wow it has already exploded! Very depressing since Halloween is my favorite time of the year.
