If you are using multiple cameras at the same time and want the images from each of the cameras to go to different sub-folders, you can do this in the Settings / Preferences → Name Policy → Filename Expression. Using "[C]/" at the beginning of the Filename Expression will create subfolders based on the camera name, and all images from each camera will be sorted according to the camera name. The "[C]" substitutes the camera name, and the "/" indicates the preceding text will be used to create a sub-folder. So, together, it means the camera name will be used to create a sub-folder. If the sub-folder already exists, the images will simply be saved to the appropriate sub-folder.
The Smart Shooter 5 Multi-Camera Tutorial on our CZcams channel demonstrates this process.
Hopefully that information is helpful, but please feel free to reach out to techsupport@tethertools.com if you have any further questions.

Smart shooter 5 will detect my Sony A7R4 and most of the time it won't. Why does this happen?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your connection. These type of connection issues are most commonly caused by software conflicts. Therefore, please ensure that only Smart Shooter 5 is running. This includes making sure that all background software is quit. In particular, Dropbox and Google drive are known to cause conflicts, so please ensure these applications are quite and not running in the Menu Bar / Task Tray.
Additionally, if you are experiencing connection issues, please avoid using the Lightroom Classic Plug-In until you are able to successfully connect the camera to Smart Shooter 5.
It is also possible that there are camera settings that are causing this issue, or even another explanation entirely. In that case, please reach out to techsupport@tethertools.com so that we can help to troubleshoot the issue.
      Thanks!
