Explanation: Sackboy hated being controlled by the player(you). So, whoever comes in his level(s) he torments them. But, because it was the one player that controlled him, Sackboy tried to get to them. (totally writing a creepypasta on this.) But he fails, so he keeps creating more levels to "haunt".

The screeching? It's from the Cross Controller pack I think, "Robot Walking" or "Robot Moving". Something like that. You then modify sound to 12.0 or -12.0
