There is no syncopation in music today. People use a DAW. The DAW grids a bar into 16 even segments. Every note is the same length. Every note has the same plateau. Like someone learning to play chopsticks on the piano. It's only music if the instruments are emulating the human voice. People are trying to sound like a synthesizer
