One of my all time favorite videos love Hank Williams Jr music have saw him in concert twice in my life in 83 at the USAF academy gym in Colorado Springs Colorado. Then at the cotillion in Wichita Kansas in 87. Waylon was with in Wichita. Both great shows. I will listen to Hank Jr rest of my life
I was at this taping. Got there early. When I saw Skynyrd come out I didn't know who it was. I just knew it wasn't the Bama Band. After a while I recognized Billy Powell then Leon and suddenly it hit me. SKYNYRD! I still didn't recognize Artimus or Johnny Van Zant. I'd never seen Artimus with short hair and no beard! They plugged in and played a couple of live songs to get the crowd riled up good. It was awesome!
