I just got mine & I really like that I can use the app to schedule the pro & Ussera. It's also really nice not to have to use a special gel. But, can you please give some more information about the different LED colors? Are they functional or just for looks? Do certain colors work better with different modes?

hi! the app is not available for me to download in my country or region.. So the bluetooth function will be useless for me. How will I be able to change the led lights and volume ,etc if I can't even use an app?
This is exactly what's keeping me from buying this one. The fact that you can't chance lights without the app is a major downside that I'm not willing to deal with. Hope you can figure something on your end.
@@nidia8518you can change the lights and settings just using the device. I bought mine in Korea and don’t yet have the app in my country and it works fine.

I am in Europe but have a US apple account from when I lived there. I could only download the app with the US account. But you don't really need the app to use the device. You can set all settings on the device itself. What the app does is give you a tailored regimen (if you chose to have one), the ability to upload before/after pics and some perks for using in the app. The modes already have a light assigned. Being able to change the light is just a gimmick and not necessary. The light changes with mode change.
what happens if your device broken or can't turn on because of water?
yeah the app doesnt work in the netherlands either, terrible for a 300 USD with 100+ import costs

I already bought a new Booster Pro and I just love it! However it will be my last order from your website, as shippment costs and duty fee are insane. For order of value of 300$ shippment costs are as much high...
For my last order I paid 130$ for shippment and DHL duty fee was ~ 110$ !!!!
Yes please! For me too, delivery in Germany and DHL customs (+110 Euro) it is extream. But I have ordered and trying now. I am not sure if i will order again.

My question would be which products I should use along with each mode and or I use without any skin products on face first before applying products? Please help. I couldn't give any answers on your site or anywhere. I haven't even used the device after purchasing over a month
I use glutathione serum with booster mode , then pore cream with mc mode and finally collagen jelly and moisturizer with derma shot mode . Sometimes I combine glutathione and collagen jelly in booster mode
I dont have a purple setting on my device. Also the video says air-shot mode on dry skin, but the instructions on the app say apply skincare first? The app could also need some improvements for instant under the daily routines it is currently showing you can watch a tutorial for the specific modes, but when you press play you come to a looong video introducing all modes. Would be nice to just have that single mode. Instead you have to go out of your daily routine and find “all tutorials” and then to find the video. Perhaps swop the links
The app is not available in Indonesia too. I saw the manual (in korea) there is 5 color lights. But why mine there’s no purple one? Anyone face the same thing?
In the video i saw blue (air shot), orange (booster mode), green (mc mode), red (ems mode) only too

I bought this product but I still have some doubts. Can I use the device with acids? And if I can, is has to be before, after or during the use of this device?
NO NO nor retinol
I think it's not recommended to dermaroll your skin and use retinol or acids afterwards. To my understanding, the air shot function is similar to derma rolling. Personally, I have used retinol on my skin many times after derma rolling without any problem 😬 But I think my skin is less sensitive than a lot of people.
can it be used if i get botox as well?
i would wait till your botox settles to use it ( i think its like 2 weeks or something(
How do you clean this device after using all these products?

My device is 1 week old. And it starting to not work! The blue colour was for pore. And I used it when I started. The "micro needling" feeling was strong and good when first used. After a week, all the other modes ain't WORKING!!!! Wth. The pulsing feeling was just gone like this..... now I only can on And off the device.

They didn’t give me a timeline for when the app will be available in Canada just said they are “working on it”. They shouldn’t sell globally if they can’t support the product globally. They should had gotten their ducks in a row first.

It works just fine without the app.
You don’t need the app to use it.. you can just use it in their default settings (different modes have different default LED colors) by just turning it on and changing modes on the device. The app is just for tracking and changing the default color setting.

Hi, I just received my product today. but I can't download AGE-R. I tried using VPN, changed country region to US. But it just doesn't exit on apple store. Has anyone managed to install the app? Can I get the link? By the way, I live in Norway.
I messaged the company for the same reason. Im in Canada and apparently the app is only in the US at the moment.

I just bought this from Amazon, I feel a zap on level 1 while using air shot mode and derma shot, is this normal? I cant imagine going to a level 2 with these two.
I feel the same but kind of get used to it after a while, or take a break for a few seconds if sensitive
It's needless but uses currents so yeah its going to zap. All current machines do. You can't avoid it. Just uses more gel.

How can I tell if app is available in USA
I'm using it right now here in the US, and the app works fine. So far, the only advantage of the app is to have access to the purple light, which can't be activated using the device alone. Other than that, you can just use the device with its manual buttons, without needing the app. Hope that helps 😊
