Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies:
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned)
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Butter, Softened
1 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
1 Cup Chocolate Chips of your choice
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients. In a separate bowl or with a mixer, cream butter and sugars. Beating until light and fluffy. Beat in egg then add vanilla. Mix Well. Alternate adding dry ingredients and pumpkin. Mix until just incorporated. Add chocolate chips. Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-18 minutes. Pull out just before they lose that "shine". Enjoy! Makes 4 dozen cookies.

Hi Justine🎃, Fall is my favorite season, we really don’t see a lot of change when fall comes here in Florida, we just know the hot hot summer is about to leave👏🏻👏🏻 and I have terrible fall season allergies, I’m battling that right now ( if you have any suggestions for natural remedies I would love to hear them) aside from all that, the pumpkins and all the other fall squashes are so yummy and all the oranges and colors of the season, so cozy!!!!
