INTRA - Eli Lilly - Jordan Traynor

Jordan Traynor, Biotechnology student at DCU, tells us about her experience with INTRA internships and her time with Eli Lilly.
The INTRA programme is an accredited and highly valued part of student learning at DCU. INTRA provides an opportunity for employers to benefit from the talent and skills of students across a range of disciplines including Business, Mathematics, Computing, Engineering, Aviation Management, Science and Journalism. Our hard working and enthusiastic students have spent their first years of college learning the theory and pursuing the practical. Now they are ready to experience the real world of work and are eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a practical setting.
Jordan says that one of the main reasons she choose to study at DCU was the INTRA programme. It makes the students who take part in the INTRA programme a lot more employable and it's a fantastic opportunity. Jordon worked in Eli Lilly and she worked in one of the micro biology labs where she does different testing which she learned at Eli Lilly. INTRA has helped Jordan realise what she wants to do after her undergraduate, and given her the experience she needs to kick-start her career.
