This is by far the best waste oil burner design by far yet. Can't wait for a breakdown video.

so simple but works and I am sure the bricks hold a lot of heat when you shut the burner down, Great idea Sir, thank you for showing us.

great idea sir, you did a nice job over there.
    two comments from my experiance:
    1. this steal pipe will not last long. need to be replaced by high quallity sst. pipe 316/317 or similar.
    2. you can separate the combustion spot from the hot pipe by building 2 chambers, forcing the heat exchange with a fan & leaving the toxic gases out of your house.

Well, this is another great idea. I think I would make it into a rocket heater to heat more air !
Open flame does not produce carbon monoxide, as you have shown at 9:35 !

I wonder if the fire up time would shorten if a cast iron pan was used instead of a thin stainless one ?

The amount of heat flowing without some heat exchanger to pick up the heat out of the burning air after burner seem's like a lot of heat is wasted outside!

Actually you didn’t see the whole design, there is not much heat wasted, by the time it gets to the attic, the chimney pipe is only warm and that is a little problem I have, maybe good problem when it gets colder outside but now the house gets too hot because it s kind of hard to run it low.

@@VladFredK I think you can make air gate on bottom hole to slow the heat down by reduce the air flow in , I really like your design thank .

Does the copper pipe ever carbon up at the end?

I’ve been using this for about a month now almost every day and it has not yet, I think it’s cooled down enough with the incoming oil. The break down is already in one of my previous videos.

@@VladFredK Thank you. You have altered it ever so slightly though? No holes in the steel pipe? Your videos are the best BTW. Love the humor.

@@NoOneButRonPaul Thanks, I didn't really alter it at all, just install solid chimney pipe but I was not sure if it will produce or leak any carbon monoxide or smell inside the house but I guess I'm just lucky that it works. :)
