Have you tried the HG japanese foundations (e.g. Suqqu, Kanebo and Koh Gen Doh foundations) ? Those are super perfecting and blurring as well.
Also, which one is your no. 1 blurring foundation out of the ones you mentioned?
I have tried Koh Gen Doh, but not the others!!! Suqqu & Kanebo are hard to obtain in Canada, but I would LOVE to try them out at some point this year if I could figure out my shade!! Thank you for the suggestion!!! My number 1 pick if I HAD to choose would be the Prada Foundation (for a more natural matte finish) and for someone with dry skin I would choose the Chanel Sublimage L'essence De Teint! ❤❤

Love this blurring series! Thanks to you I have all of these exc for the CdP cream foundation, but I have a feeling I will end up getting it later this year as I am super close to being done with my CdP radiant fluid foundation (which has been discontinued 😂). The Chanel sublimage l’essence de teint is my favorite but I like the overall CdP foundations better as a whole. I bought the Prada but haven’t tried it yet 🙈 I’m very tempted to just open it now (I usually like to just have no more than 10 open at a time for freshness or whatever 😂)
HAHA!! I like that line of thinking lol. Having more than 10 foundations open does make it SO hard to ever go through them!! That is one of my goals to not have more than 10 foundations, because it's impossible to use them before they go bad!!
These foundations are all absolutely Winners! I really love the Sublimage L'Essance de Teint, Prada Reveal, Cle de Peau Radiant Foundation, Guerlain Parure Gold, and the Chanel Waterfrssh Tint!! 😊 Also, Lisa I'm SO SO SO happy, my Chantacaille Bronzer in Sirena came in the mail today and it is perfect! The color, tone, love the light satin finish, it has exactly the right amount of pigment. As a bonus I got that limited edition aqua blue ocean-swirl pattern container. Also the Sonia G Buffer Pro is perfect for picking up the product. Very happy with these purchases!! ❤❤❤

hi, they all look great. I'm 65 and have very textured skin... which one would you say is the most blurring of them all please?
Lisa have you tried the colorescience sunforgettable face shield flex spf 50? It is the most blurring spf I've tried and every time I wear it I always get compliments on my skin. You could wear it alone or under foundation. Thanks for the amazing recommendations!

Another wonderful video Which one of the foundations would be for long wear I’m 69 yrs old and I’m blessed with great skin. I sill work in the medical field and work 13 hours per shift. I’m a skin care and makeup junkie and love to put my put my makeup on even though I get up very early for work. Thank you

Sadly, I haven't!!! The shades are too light in that formula for me to try! If they ever release it in more shades, I would pick it up instantly though! ❤

I just found your video, and I am confused if I should try the radiant or matter version of Guerlain Parure Gold. I used to adore Lingerie De Peau when I was younger, but after surpassing 40s, it seems difficult to get one that works on my dehydrated skin. My tzone easily produces oil, and I have the Dior one you showed here. That was okay, but I find it slightly thick.
I would probably do the radiant version! Especially if your skin is dehydrated. You could then apply a mattifying primer in the t-zone and apply powder in that area. Another option would be buying both and applying the radiant version to the exterior of your skin and the matter version in the centre of your face, so that you get the best of both worlds. Or you could purchase the matte version and apply a hydrating primer underneath especially on the exterior of your skin and then skin powder altogether. Combo skin can be a little trickier to work with, but with some innovative techniques you can make the product work for you!

The Chanel No 1 foundation in comparison to the Chanel Sublimage L'essence is definitely more glowy/hydrating on the skin, it has lighter coverage, and only lasts about 4-6 hour max on my skin (and I have dry skin) - I do think it does a nice job blurring initially, however, because the longevity is so poor on my skin, I feel like I can't recommend it as a top choice! ❤
Hi there! I noticed you didn't include the Chanel foundation in the black bottle, the Tient Velvet , have you tried that and did you think it was blurring?
Hi!! I do think it's a blurring foundation, especially if you have oily skin! I just have dry skin, so these work the best for me! On me, the teint velvet isn't AS blurring, but that could be because of my skin type - on oiler skins, I think the teint velvet would be a great option! ❤
thanks, no my skin isn't oily. so if I had to choose between the Prada and Surratt Dew Drops, which is the most blurring do you think?
@@Me-zw8tc I think the Prada is more blurring!! If yo have super dry skin though, the Dew Drop would be more flattering/blurring! The Prada is better for dry/normal leaning skin, while the Surratt is better for mature/dry skin! Both are beautiful, but on me, the Prada is just a bit more blurring (I do want to say that the Surratt works better for me in the Winter though when I am SUPER dry!) Hope that helps! What a great video. Still not sure which to try. 55 with mostly normal skin and some lines. Prefer a dewy look or natural not matte. Any suggestions. Thank you. Right now I want to buy all except the ones more for oily or matte.

The Prada is also a good "fail safe" since the finish is not too matte, nor too dewy, so I feel like that's the perfect in-between and would work for anyone as well! Hope that helps!
