I think one solution could be that using location finding as a way to prevent 'abuse' such as what some might figure is an unfair advantage of changing one's country designation to one where the same products can be purchased for comparatively less money.
It has always been expensive in North America and probably in Europe, too, such as France, Spain, and Britain.

I find this good and bad. Now the game is more fair because people can't whale anymore. bad thing is I had mutliple friends who abused this and it also means getting new cars will cost like thousands and don't start on the DS. You could get gold devel for 80$ from ds using the method but now it is actual 5000$ to get the car in future ds.
