We were supposed to ride a van going to el nido pero good thing we saw your video. we have a lot of bags and our last van ride was not pleasant kasi para kaming sardinas. Thank you for posting this! sana may mga travel tips ulit next time!
Bhe gusto ng asawa ko mag van daw kami, sa van ba te ilan ang makakasakay? Ilang oras ba pag van from Puerto Princesa to El Nido? Tapos magkano pag ang bayad pag Van? Meron ba na kami lang sakay 7 kasi kami. Five adults and two children.
Ang alam namin pwede mag arkila ng private na van para solo nyo na po. Ang charge po nila sa shared van per person is 700-800 pesos. May mga van na malapit sa airport baka pwede mag bargain ng group price. :)

Hi Jo, yes they only have morning trips 6am and 9am. There is another bus company at the same terminal however we were not able to get their trip schedule. 😀

Hi! Yes from El Nido bus station they also offer trips going to Puerto Prinsesa with the same price. The time available that we know of are at 6:45 AM, 9:00 AM, and 9:00 PM

Around 15 mins from puerto prinsesa airport to san jose terminal. May mga multicab (jeep) na dumadaan sa highway. Abangan nyo lang ung may karatula na san jose 😀
mas makakaless po pala kung bus.. puerto prinsesa ang baba namin mismo po ba sa airport my sakayan na po paunta terminal ng bus pa elnido??
Hi Hana, yes may jeepney or multicab na dumadaan paglabas ng airport sa may highway area. Abangan niyo lang yung san jose na sign. Around 25 pesos yung fare per person.

Did you have to provide a proof of vaccination to go on the bus? One of us only has 2 doses and so wondering if a rapid antigen test is needed. Staying in Puerto Princesa for a couple of nights then heading to el Nido via bus.
Hi! No need for proof of vaccination when boarding the bus. Also 2 doses of vaccine is sufficient during the El Nido tour. Booster shot is optional. ❤

Hello Sayuri! If you're an adventurous type of person then I would suggest you go for DIY kasi you might be able to save some extra money for food or side trips. For DIY, you need to plan ahead and do some research kasi you will be doing things on your own like we did. But If you have more budget / don't have enough time to plan or research your travel destination, tapos all trips for the day will be prepared for you, then baka mas ok po ang travel agency. Ang Cons lang ng travel agency may time limit per destination and pricy. 🙂

Bus tickets are first come first serve. If you don't get a ticket there is still another bus company at the same terminal. 😀

Hi po. We're currently searching how to transfer from PPS to El Nido. Can i ask if same passengers din po ba from PPS to El Nido? And ung security wise po? Thank you :)
They pick up passengers along the way and some passengers go down earlier. So far during our experience safe naman and mababait ung mga pasahero nakasabay namin. We still suggest to safekeep your valuables just to be sure since there are different people who come and go along the trip.
Ate and Kuya please help. One of the requirements to enter El Nido is a round trip ticket but I’m planning a “multi city trip” (Cebu-El Nido-Coron-Boracay-Cebu) one way ticket to each destination. How did you travel to each destination without having a round trip ticket? Please help because I want to secure my domestic flights but I’m worried I’ll be denied entry for not having a return ticket.
We entered Palawan through Puerto Prinsesa which did not require an S-Pass or a return ticket at the time of our travel. From Puerto Prinsesa we took a bus to El Nido. They also did not require any return ticket at the bus station. Since you will be taking a flight, it might be safer to call El Nido tourism office first to verify. I checked online and this is the contact number I pulled up:

Hi Vivi, for the Underground River and El Nido package we booked it in Klook for convenience. However, for the Honda Bay tour we did not book any package but did ot ourselves. You may follow the steps we did in this video. :) It is a little bit harder but cheaper.

It depends on which you would prefer.
Van
Pros: faster travel time to el nido, 5-6 hours travel time, available at the airport
Cons: price varies, expensive, some vans would try to fit 14 people, if you are tall (l'm just 5'10") you won't have space to stretch. uncomfortable.
Bus:
Pros: Wider seat space, cheaper, the bus we rode has it's own comfort room
Cons: 6 - 9 hours travel time, limited bus trip schedule

There used to be night buses before pandemic however at the time of our travel they only had morning schedules. Hopefully they would add more trips if there are more tourists. 😀

Hi, the only options we had was bus or van from Puerto Prinsesa to El Nido then we took a fast ferry from El Nido to Coron.
