1650/ SFT ge ethara mane impossible it is 1650/ Sft + owner Top-up on many things, for sure it will be nothing less than 1 CR on the construction cost + interior .
U could have planned for lift in 30*50 site, n colour combination of interiors could be still more elegant.

Beautifully designed with fantastic theme and meaningful Interiors provided. I liked very much. The only flaw I saw was the Split Level concept and hand made painting on the walls which slightly undermines the quality of Interiors, I think. All in all good work. I liked your spacious Pooja Room concept. The way which your Anupama explains the theme and concepts is very transparent and heart touching.

Their projects are good
But in none of their projects, they have mentioned the total cost or even approx.cost. This will give some idea for budgeting purposes. In this, per Sq foot cost was stated but that does not help to budget for viewers as each projects varies to the site dimensions etc. Atleast state approx total costs for such projects even if you do not wish to give out the actual costs.
