Great video, well produced and very helpful! For some reason, couldn't find much info on an Orifice Tube replacement and location for a 2004 Mustang GT...so I'm glad I found your video! Thanks

Very helpful to learn the functions of the a/c system and how it works. I had my condenser replaced in a shop. Do you think they would have replaced the orifice filter?

Sure was nice when they had intelligent engineers who also understood that systems may require component changes and designed FOR service. What kind of goofball decided that moving an orifice tube from the evap inlet, at the firewall, where it was readily accessible, to shoving the orifice deep into a liquid line was a good idea?!?
My career was on large industrial and institutional equipment with expansion valves, hot gas bypass, compressors as large as auto and truck engines, and coils as large as classroom blackboards -- truly 'hands on'.

Why wouldn't you replace the o rings while its apart?

I don't understand. You say that the Orifice Tube is close to the evaporator, but through the video, you replaced the Orifice Tube near the condenser!

Most Mustang orifice tubes can not be reached.
    Not even with the tool.
