Looks like they need at least one more bulldozer to keep up with this. The excavators are less useful in this situation.

It is SO DANGEROUS! Those drives come out, they look like the ground and other drivers can't see them. It should be a law that everyone there is wearing a High Visibility Safety Vest! In Canada, when I am doing traffic at my site and cars are going past me. I must wear a Velcro Safety vest so incase some car catches me, it will tear off of me and not take me with the car. Even my pants must be High Visibility so people can see me even more. So cheap but makes you much more safe !
