The matchmaking of both mobile and PC is different but it can be played with PC player by sending invite to the mobile player.
Now it has Cross-platform, at least on cell phones you can use it, the rank exp goes up about 10% or 20% faster.

i like pc version but i think it's my pc kinda old my game have a problem it's mouse lag i try low fps it work fine and when i try high fps mouse lag (i use gt630)
You need to reduce the graphics, your GPU is old, the game requires more graphics so your FPS goes down, consider upgrading to a newer GPU if possible.

If you have set right fire mode to fire in these game settings, then you will have to keep it on hip fire and you can keep the ads mode as per your requirement.
