Gone from 12 pro to 15 Pro and I can now see the screen through my sunglasses in sunlight! Talk about first world problems😆
What about battery life please ?
@@sakhriabdennaseur5065 It doesn't seem to affect battery life but then there hasn't been much sun! Hoping the screens ability to change refresh rate will help with the battery. My prescription glasses darken in the sun otherwise I wouldn't have a problem!
@sakhriabdennaseur5065 The battery in 15 Pro would be good if u don't use your phone a lot, but if u do you use it for more than 6 hours daily it won't be enough

It’s always nice to see a fellow coffeeholic and city traveler 😅! This year the most significant (though somewhat understated) thing is that action button. Because I am a street photographer (among other things) the ability to summon the camera by just holding the action button saves me those precious couple of seconds for the shot. And the tactile feeling every time I press and hold that button, enhanced by the haptics) is awesome!
Still loving your "weird little format". Some of the locations look stunning in 4K!

Videos keep getting better and more enjoyable to watch. And no more high noise, low light indoor clip. Those clips felt amateurish. You are creating your place among the best, like Mr. Mobile. I saw him in your videos. But the format of all interesting facts or stories and location. Superb. And it doesn’t feel rushed. It shows sites slowly and lets the viewers feel that place. Product samples are perfect in comparison to each other.
I look forward to more reviews like this.

The Vessel was still being built the last time I visited the city in 2017, I was really looking forward to climbing it when I go back for Christmas. But unfortunately I hear it's been closed to the public permanently. I love your video concept, maybe you should drop the tech and just make tourist information and history videos.
I have seen some.issues with iphones but most I think can be software related so it can be fixed just with a software upgrade.
This time the noises were a lot more than before, you need to have some vacations in a quiet place my friend lol

I have the 14 pro last year, tempted to upgrade the 15 pro max, but after seeing issues like quality etc. I upgraded only to the 14 pro max. Dang the battery is like a 2 day use for me. The battery is the main downside on my 14 pro. Like i need to charge it twice within the day, like I am nervous when that battery is on below 30%. But with the pro max, no need to worry about. That is why even thought I live the size of 14 pro. I will never buy a small phone. Always gonna go with the pro max. Also I even sold my 14 pro for a reasonable price. Only added $200 for the pro max brand new 256gb

Tried a pixel 8 P for exactly two days before going right back to my 14pm and now 15PM… terrible, glitchy, choppy experience… never again.

I’m curious, is there any reason that you’re shooting photos in 16:9 aspect ratio instead of the default 4:3? It crops out some of the horizontal/ vertical pixels and makes 48mp shots 36mp and 24 mp shots into 18 mp.

Fantastic phone so far. Any major issues for now are mainly software related, so hopefully iOS 17 will mature more as time goes on

I switched from my Pixel 6 Pro to the 15 Pro and so far I'm loving it. I was worried the Pixel 8 Pro would bring some massive increase in camera performance that would blow the 15 Pro out of the water but that doesn't seem to be the case. I love watching your videos because they're so well shot and edited, interesting, and the camera comparisons strike a balance between being scientific but staying out of their own way and not detracting from the video.....its cliche but your videos feel like a *really* good cup of coffee -- smooth, interesting, and purposeful!

In normal day battery screenshot it says 2h 54min for Home and Lock Screen. So is it like just open on a desk not being used?

Been waiting for this to upgrade as I’m in a position to do so. Dave, the battery shot at the end of normal day use, you had 28% still left and screen active 7hr 40min. That’s amazing for me, I have a 13 Pro and I will upgrade if you say yes it’s definitely an upgrade. 13 pro to 15 pro… worth it? Is Battery good?
I am a light user I'd say and with using Car Play and music streaming, I still use the charge to 80% option and am fine. for heavy users I'd say battery is to small but for average users it is perfectly fine
Too quick to upgrade. You already have ProMotion, ProRaw and ProRes. You could buy a 16 Pro next year if Apple put a 5X or real improvement.
I know i will keep my Alpine Green 13 Pro another year.

The difference between 12MP and 24MP are actually more than the numbers suggest. The difference in the details actually affect the color and HDR of the photos.
I have got the 15 pro but mine takes very noisy photos? Is it normal or should i go to the store? I really don’t see any difference in 12MP and 24MP because of the noise.
@@kaludia4715 I have a 14PM and a 15. with my experience of using the both, the 15 normally takes overall brighter photos which should help with the noise. The noise problem is usually due to insufficient lighting in the in the area.
There are a few trick you can use if you are using a pro model:
1. take photos in 48 pro raw and download a heif shortcut
2. shoot in 48 heif max
3. tap the exposure duration button (or the night photo thingy, don't know what it is called) and enlong the time of the exposure
even though the difference in megapixels do make a difference in the overall quality of a 12 mp photo and a 24 mp photo is subtle (the subtleness can be seen when taking a photo of a towel or something that has distinct texture), and normally it is only noticable when pixel-peeping or magnifying the photos
The new contact poster thingy from apple makes want to move to android right now, its fun for the first few minutes or times after that its boring and i wanna go back to the usual call screen but its apple so they dont let you get that back, really hope they give an option to change it back and another thing i hate with iphones in general is the keyboard its just way too bad android is far better than that

One thing I noticed from your 15PM to this. Pixel 8 Pro had some favorable shots to me here. Not all, but some. Didn’t feel that way in prior review.

Why is it that no one is talking about the missing SIM card tray, which has been replaced by a piece of plastic with no function other than filling the void of the SIM card tray? Esim technology still needs to be fully developed, and there are many countries where you cannot use this phone due to the country's infrastructure not having Esim technology. Thus requiring another phone that has a SIM card tray. What an inconvenience, but why do you still offer this phone in 10 countries with functional SIM card trays. So Apple WTF.

I still don't get why iphones are so popular... They seem so locked down to what apple want you to do with them, no customiability compared to android.

I have never understood why people buy effectively the same phone over and over again. I left Apple about 5 years ago due to them being absolutely tedious to use compared to Samsung.
