In this video, we discuss a case of a patient who presented in ventricular fibrillation with no ST elevation on post-ROSC ECG. We go over evidence for immediate vs. delayed coronary angiography for cardiac arrest patients without ST elevation. We discuss results from the COACT and TOMAHAWK trials.
