19:14 jon with amazon the way you can list more then one item on the SAME SKU or what amazon calls "Product details page" is by listing them with different "Conditions" I.E. Like New, Very Good, Good and Poor this is not against Amazon TOS its why you might see the same seller selling the same items 3 times but there in 3 different conditions this gives the seller More of a chance then a seller on that SKU that has only one of those items
