- I can finally give my back some time off. One of the mowers wonts start. I’ll look at it tonight. Hang the gate, put the gate hardware on, run som fence and this fencing project is getting very close to being done.
The supervisor examining the wood through smell was my favorite. 😂
The guy in Russia who I buy
My wood from, has duck hunting dogs. I’ll bet breezy picked up Russian dogs smell.
No way I'm gonna pickup TWO 60 lb bags at once. God bless your back after 6, 30 lb bags! Digging holes with a bad back in 110 degree temp. That's above and beyond dedication to duty. There must be an award for that. HAPPY Day!
I’m so close to having g the yard closed in, I can taste it! I got a little dizzy today and hit a bad headache. I quit working and came in to take a cool shower. I’m just gonna have to quit my outside work earlier.
@@bctruck Absolutely! Outdoor manual labor in this heat & humidity is devastating!
Woohoo, the hard part is over, good job and I really like your supervisor. Stay cool, this heat is something else.
Have a blessed weekend everyone!
The heat liked to have got me today. Got dizzy and a bad headache. Came inside and took a cool shower.
@@bctruck be careful with the heat.
Congratulations! Your determination and perseverance prevailed. My hat's off to you, my friend. Far too many today, who can actually lift 120 lbs of cement, will barely lift a finger if it's attached to the word WORK ie physical labor. I appreciate what you've done, and the effort of the fellow who loaded your truck, as well. We need a lot more of them, too.
Hope you and Charly have a blessed Friday. Stay cool and safe as ya'll can.
God Bless. Godspeed.
What a day! Woke up late (5:30) lost a couple hours of morning when its coolest, so I worked a little past when I usually stop. Got dizzy, got a headache, felt ill, I think I was at the very beginning of heat stress. I went in and took a cool shower. Now got the fan blowing on me. Much better! I’m going to bed earlier today.
@@bctruck Sounds like you quit just in time. Sad that some people push pass the limit for whatever reason. Hope you rest well tonight. Perhaps take it a bit easy tomorrow and get your electrolytes back in balance.
Good night. God Bless.
Hell ya Brad ! kicked my ask , nice job bro
Thanks! One more day and I’ll have one yard done, then I’ll start working on the shop yard.
I don't think I can lift a 60 lb. bag. not only am i 77 years old, but I have a bad back as well. That is some fine looking wood Breezy was checking out. Stay cool.
It’s all I can do to get 60 pounds picked up.
when i was working on the drilling rig and pouring cement in cemetaries on my days off my son started working with us he was in the 6th grade and struggled to carry 1 bag by the time summer was over he was carrying 2 bags at a time now i struggle with 1 bag myself
im up at 3am watching this cuz my back hurts and i cant sleep
I woke up late this morning. 5:30. Half the day is gone! Hope your back gets better.
I use that same hat set up when working sweaty.
If it’s really bad , I get a second rag to put right on the top of my head under the main rag as a sweat sponge.
Just be sure and let the neighbors know it’s you in the head gear!
Remember, it’s not a turban. It’s a “mupeen” sweat hat.
(I don’t know if that’s how you spell mupeen, But I’m betting you know what I’m talking about.)
I went through two towels today. I have no idea why my head sweats so much.

It’s because it’s very very busy.
As long as smoke doesn’t come out your ears, it’s all good.
Bottle some and give it to the judgmental mote digger as an elixir.
@@chopsddy3I hope to never cross paths with him again.

Brad, did you run a red light?
Edit: Okay, I re-watched that section starting at about 2:50, and it was a flashing yellow. You are off the hook; my eyes were playing games with me.
No other lights in my little town but that one caution light.
RENT A POST DIGER
My wife did rent a post hole digger. Me! I work for bacon.
