I absolutely agree, special cards should have value, there needs to be something to chase in sealed product that makes it worth getting boxes and cases
And chase them we will!
I have a total of 10 cases lined up so should give a nice sample of how many cases per marvel hopefully

Agreed. It's so exciting to open boosters knowing you can get a big hit. Even better when those big hits aren't needed game pieces, so the hero marvels being super rare and valuable would be great. :)
But not so super rare that I never open them 😂

Based on historical trends, if there are only 5 of them they'll likely stablize around $100/each.

Really hope they're ridiculously expensive, so of us randomly would hit one, I could swap with someone for like a Construct Nitro Mechanoid or a bunch of cards. Bright Lights has decent value, tunic and decent value of us hit the big daddy teklo mecha marvel.
I feel that Heavy Hitters will probably be a strong set finically speaking. It will marvels, legendaries, the fable plus a few chase majestics. I don’t see how it could flop.
All depends on how much they printed, how it is distributed, and whether or not 1 or 2 of these heroes do well in the meta.
I think a big issue right now is the allocation of really powerful cards in the expansion slots driving overall box prices down because it's very cost inefficient to pull a playset or even close to one in a case versus just buying the singles. LSS needs to go back to Uprising box pulls like rarity. I don't think it's crazy to assume UPR probably sold the most boxes/cases of FaB 2.0 during it's time with Iyslander being legal in CC. I do hope the Marvel hero pull rates aren't Dynasty or Outsiders level
I'm fine with really powerful cards in the expansion slot, as long as it doesn't push so much that decreases the amount of people who are interested in trying the new heroes. If the powerful slot cards are helping heroes struggling to do anything, it seems like a good move to me. Of course, there still needs to be powerful cards outside the expansion slot also.
Yeah this is what I mean it's like they aren't putting enough power/chase cards in the actual set versus expansion slot cards being so high value. Look at Bright Lights. Already Dead, Tome of Imperial Flame etc...these are 30$ cards and the marvel evo's are only like 10$ higher. This needs to change.

They must not hold value until I get my Kayo...... Then they can go nuts...... Kayo is the best hero art of all time..... Only one art that is not the hero posing in front of a camera.... Hopefully they produce more art like that..... Action shots

I can def agree about the marvel version but hate that the hero you need to play is majestic. They should be rare
Why do you feel that way? Are the majestics too hard to obtain?
